Luminia Labs stands behind the quality of every product that we sell. If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of receiving. You can return for your money back.
For orders with more than one bottle, refunds can only be given if no more than one bottle is opened. The unopened bottles must be shipped back sealed. This is to prevent customers from consuming multiple bottles and requesting a refund.
Incorrect Item:
If you have received incorrect item please an email hello@luminialabs.co and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Photo of incorrect item and packing list
Upon our team confirming that you received the incorrect item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item in 5-7 business days.
